Every family works with one coordinator — never a rotating roster. Here is what a relationship with Ojas Elder Care actually looks like, from the first conversation to the years that follow.
Nothing is assumed. Everything is documented. And you are informed at every step.
We sit with your family — in person or on a video call — and build a complete picture of your parents' world: existing doctors and specialists, current medications and allergies, daily routine, domestic staff, emergency preferences, and who makes decisions if something happens urgently. Nothing is assumed. This conversation becomes the foundation of everything we do.
Vitals checked — blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels, blood sugar where relevant. A real conversation with your parent, not a clipboard exercise. A short, honest written note sent to your family — not a generic notification, an actual update from someone who was just there and knows what to look for.
We sit through every specialist appointment — cardiologist, neurologist, orthopaedic, physiotherapist. We ask the questions you would ask if you were there. We take structured notes. We translate the doctor's assessment into plain language and send it to the family. The doctor's words, accurately reported — not filtered through the elder's memory of what was said.
At the end of each month, you receive a structured written report — vitals trend, consultations attended, medications status, incidents if any, caretaker assessment, and our own view of what to watch for next month. It is the most honest monthly account of your parents' wellbeing that exists anywhere.
CPR-trained. Equipped with a BP monitor, glucometer, pulse oximeter, portable ECG, and Ambu bag. On a first-name basis with the patient relations teams at Apollo, Max, Fortis, and Medanta. When something goes wrong, there is a protocol — not a panic. The caretaker knows what to do in the first four minutes. We are moving before you get off the phone.
We are coordinators, not clinicians. We never prescribe, diagnose, or give medical advice. We work with your parents' existing doctors — never around them. Our role is to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, with the right information. Everything else stays where it belongs — with the doctors.
