Every family starts wherever feels right. Most begin with Essential and grow into more as trust builds. There is no lock-in — plans can be adjusted with one conversation.
All plans are month-to-month. No lock-in period. Onboarding fee: ₹5,000 one-time, all tiers. Third-party expenses — hospital deposits, medicines, diagnostic investigations, ambulance, specialist consultations, and any other incidental costs — are not included in the retainer. These are payable separately and directly by the family as they arise, or drawn from the family's Emergency Fund Deposit held with the Firm where applicable. Every such expense is documented with receipts and reported to the family. All retainer fees are subject to 18% GST once applicable.
Every visit, every instruction, every consultation note is documented and stored in a shared family folder. You have full access, always. Nothing is verbal-only.
No substitutes. No rotations. Ankit personally manages every account. If for any reason he cannot attend, you are told in advance and a plan is in place. This is a commitment, not an aspiration.
Monthly itemised expense statements with receipts for every third-party cost. Roopa — M.Com, LLM — reviews all hospital bills for accuracy. Insurance and TPA support included in Comprehensive and White Glove plans.
Every client has a laminated Emergency Action Card at home. Caretaker is briefed and drilled on the emergency protocol at onboarding. Ankit carries diagnostic equipment — BP monitor, glucometer, pulse oximeter, portable ECG — on every visit.
